Cloud Hosting Billing & Pricing
The billing cycle at CloudRevol refers to the recurring period in which services are billed. We offer monthly, quarterly, biannually, and annual billing options. All subscriptions start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month.
In case of overdue accounts, we reserve the right to suspend services. However, prior to suspension, we communicate with customers and provide a grace period for settling outstanding dues. Failure to settle within 15 days (about 2 weeks) of suspension may result in termination of services.
Customers have the option to terminate their services at any time before the end of the billing cycle. Prior notification of service termination is required. Upon receiving notice, we will process the termination and remove all access accounts before the next billing date.
Please note that no refunds are issued for unused service periods. We recommend reviewing our refund policy in terms & conditions for further details. For any billing questions, please reach out to [email protected].
